Calyxia awarded with the I-demo grant for its project Naturacaps

We are elated and proud to announce that Calyxia has been awarded a significant grant in the frame of the “i-Démo” program, a part of the France 2030 policy, for its project NATURACAPS™.

Our NATURACAPS™ project undertakes the development of a new generation of microcapsules for agricultural ingredients, biodegradable, with higher performance and aiming at replacing the plastic microcapsules currently used in the market. NATURACAPS™ will contribute to the transition toward a new agriculture, more respectful of soils and biodiversity, while improving the health and working conditions of farming users.

The i-Démo program is a call for structuring R&D projects, operated by Bpifrance and supported by France’s “Investments for the Future” Program and “Plan France Relance”. Its objective is to foster the development of industrial companies contributing to the competitiveness of the French economy while supporting the energy, ecological and digital transition.

We thank the French Government (Prime Minister Mrs Elisabeth BORNE), the General Secretariat for Investment (Bruno Bonnell, Marc Rohfritsch), the Ministry of Agriculture, Bpifrance( Nicolas Dufourcq, Paul-François Fournier, Sandrine OTTONELLO, Michel Daigney) and the European Commission for the trust placed in Calyxia.
